These past couple of weeks have been incredibly busy. I am so hectic packing up the home as well as getting prepared for our relocation that I haven’t had as much time to myself.

Usually I am able to work out or opt for a run 3-5 days a week. For the past couple of weeks the only workouts I have handled to in shape into my routine are taking my youngest for a stroller trip in the afternoon so he can take a nap. I don’t have a elegant jogging stroller, just a inexpensive Graco bought at Wal-Mart over eight years ago. Instead of jogging or running with my kid in the stroller I power walk. When I am under tension from a modification in routine like our huge relocation I tend to under-eat. I believe that mothers requirement to in shape in “me-time,” in their hectic lives as well as I try to assist my visitors discover exactly how to do that. Unfortunately, I am under a great deal of tension as well as haven’t took my much needed “me-time.” Scaling back on my workouts as well as eating less has triggered me to lose 6 lbs over the past month. For those of you who understand me as well as have satisfied me in person you understand that I am 5’1″ as well as at my heaviest I weighed 145lbs as well as that was best before my fourth kid was born. My typical weight is typically between 98lbs to 110. I am a extremely small lady as well as my physical fitness goal has always been to develop muscle mass as well as have a lean body. It isn’t great if I lose as well much weight. Right now I just do not have the time to take care of myself like I should. Hopefully, after the relocation I will be able to get back into a typical physical fitness routine as well as feel better. For now this is on hold.
